Best Pizza

I went to work with Danielle in Greenpoint yesterday in order to easily meet up with her after work and go out with one of her new friends, Matthew.... and thats when we discovered Best Pizza.

This is our pizza dough he is preparing!!

And this is our pizza they are cooking!

I got to choose the toppings- I chose pepperoni, garlic, caramelized onions, and pickled vegetables. 

 

Oh and before the night was up, Danielle and Matt tried a Four Loko. I have never heard of the drink, but apparently its banned in like 20 of the states or something like that..

Since we stayed at Best Pizza till it closed- they offered us a whole box of pizza to take home that they would have thrown away otherwise... Which meaannnnsss.. nobody needs to worry about us starving over here- if we run out of money for food then we will just hang out at places like this till they close and beg for their leftovers.  Easy-Peasy.

Conclusion- Best Pizza is really the best pizza we have had since we have moved here. I am definitely going back.. Oh and I love Matt. He is okay in my book. :]

I am going to have a whole blog post dedicated to the subway sleepers in the future- but for now, can you count how many sleepers there are? this is on the ride home last night.. hehehe

Besides that, the past couple days have just been productive days- Danielle has had work, and I have been getting some of my chores done.. so nothing too crazy or exciting to report..

Except for..

1. Our skype double date on Tuesday.. with hats.

2. Being a little suspicious of this guy.. He comes at weird hours, sometimes at 11pm, sometimes at 2am.. and stays parked right outside our window for a good amount of time.. we aren't sure if icecream is the only thing he sells..

3. Dropping Danielle off at work- PS if you haven't heard already.. She got the job at MAC yesterday! Which is her first step in the career she is starting to build here. Go Danielle!

4. OHHHH and Danielle totally got some celebrity action yesterday too! Joey Lauren Adams came in to make a hair appointment, and Danielle got to schedule her in.. And yet I'm the starstruck one even though I didn't even get to see the gal..

and 5.  I want to do a little shout out to a few people. Mom and Evan- thank you so much for sending me packages full of fun things. :] Grandma O'brien- thank you for my birthday card!
