Picked up frozen dumplings

Danielle came home
Started my last night in Brooklyn.

For my last night, we decided to have a big family dinner together. And by that I really mean that us girls got together and made Kyle cook us dinner (By the way- thanks Kyle!!)

Kyle cooked us the frozen dumplings I picked up earlier and chicken fried rice. it was sooo good!

Aww I miss themm!! <3 <3

And I'm going to miss Jammin!!! The best landlord ever!

And then the four of us took a little photo shoot because we love each other.

Kyles friends from Wisconsin also happened to be there because they were visiting Kyle for the week. So it was one biiig party :]

We had an amazing dinner, played with fans, made each other laugh, and genuinely had a fun time together... Except for the part where Danielle and I balled our eyes out for about an hour to each other and then to Kyle... It was a good cry though :]

. TWO .

SATURDAY

While Danielle was away at work, I spent the day doing laundry and packing all my things.. When Danielle got home and saw my bags all packed- she sat next to them and pouted with her bottle of rum.

A few shots later we were hanging out with Alex and taking fun photos.. Unfortunately most of them are blurry... oops

A few more shots later we were re-enacting our departure so so long ago..

After our bottle was empty, we went to the bodega down the street for some beer.

and chocolate donuts..

anddd then we played with these plastic bubbles that I got from FAO!! it was a good night :]

. THREE .

FRIDAY

Since we loved Vanessas Dumplings so much the day before- we went there again to meet a friend for lunch. Afterwards we went back into Brooklyn for my last visit to the Brooklyn Brewery, and to say farewell to Bar Kitty.

After looking everywhere for him, we finally asked someone who refused to tell us where he was... at first..  A few minutes and a mini sob story later- the man took us to the room where Bar Kitty was being held captive because he was fighting with some dog that was also there.

So I got to hold him and love him and say my goodbyes :]

Then Kyle told us of this AMAZING bar and restaurant in Williamsburg. Called.. The Meatball Shop.

It was sooo good. We got these mini meatball sandwiches. Danielle got a chicken meatball with pesto sauce, and I got a beef meatball with parmesan cheese sauce. We also both got their special one with pepper and onion sauce. Soooo delicious. I wish we would have discovered this place earlier..

For dessert we had a coffee icecream meatball cookie sandwich with a snicker-doodle and brownie cookie.  Doesn't beat a pizzookie from BJ's, but I like that they had a way larger variety of icecream and cookies to choose from.

Perfect end for the night.

. FOUR .

Sooo- as most of you already know, my laptop completely shut down on me during my last week in Brooklyn. As it turns out.. it was most likely due to my accidental spill of candle wax in the keyboard only a week or two before that. Needless to say- I finally got a new laptop thanks to Evan finding me a super cheap one on Black Friday...

And now, I finally present to you, my last days in the big city!

THURSDAY.

Danielle and I decided to go to Vanessas Dumplings for lunch in Chinatown. This place is absolutely amazing, especially if you want bomb food for SUPER cheap.

4 dumplings for only $1!! and they were delicious...

Danielle LOVED them :]

Then we stopped by this little cupcake stand called "baked by Melissa."

These have to be the cutest cupcakes in the whole world.. They were the miniest mini cupcakes I have ever seen!

We got mint chocolate chip, cinnamon, red velvet, s'more, cookie dough, and cookies & cream!

After our three bites of cupcakes, we headed back into Brooklyn to go to this really awesome movie theater! But we got there a little early... so we stopped by a thrift store and had a little bit of a fashion show.. hehehe

hahahahaha :] now.. welcome to the THEATRE!

It had a bar in it!!

And you could order food and drinks while watching the movie!!

So of course we ordered food...

AND drinks :]

We went to that Martha Marcy May Marlene movie... and unless you want to feeling like crap! afterwards... I do not recommend it. Besides that, it was a really fun new experience. I hope to find one of these theaters in California!

After the movie we went back into the city to meet up with one of Danielles friends at a karaoke bar... On our way we noticed all the different colored lights on the Empire State Building... After calling out some girl that mocked me on the street for my sounds of "awe," we found out that "the Empire State Building does NOT do anything by accident..."  I looked it up online later and found out that it was tie-dye colors for some ESB private lighting or something like that.. and a couple days after that it was red white and blue for Veteran's day :] Neat huh?

Karaoke bar! lots of singing and even more dancing! Actually when I got up there they had to remind me to sing a couple times.. haha. It was a ton of fun..

And then we had a mini photo shoot while waiting for our train home :] we love each other <3 bff
